igwmt.blogspot.com ( In God We Must Trust )

The United States of America was founded in 1776 by a group of people that really trusted in God and were willing to put this new nation in the hands of God in order to grow into a great and blessed country. During more than two centuries the United States of America have been trusting in God, and God has blessed it with prosperity, liberty and justice. We the people of this Nation, still trust on Him, and we want to continue with his blessing.

After receiving many e-mails alerting us that many atheists and anti-religion groups are making efforts to remove the motto IN GOD WE TRUST from Government Agencies and Dependencies, we decided to make our own contribution.

This campaign will be succesful if all of us do our part

WE ARE PROPOSING A NATIONAL CAMPAIGN PLACING LABEL STICKERS WITH THE PHRASE "IN GOD WE TRUST" ON OUR MAIL ENVELOPES IN ORDER TO LET OUR GOVERNMENT AND ANYONE ELSE KNOW THAT WE WANT TO KEEP THIS MOTTO IN OUR MONEY, CONSTITUTION, PLEDGE OF ALLIANCE, ETC.

YOU ARE FREE TO PRINT THESE LABELS FOR YOUR OWN USE, BUT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PRINT OR USING THESE DESIGNS FOR SELLING AND PROFIT.

PLEASE SEND THE LINK FOR THIS BLOG ADDRESS TO ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS:

Labels for Letter's Envelopes

Last month I received an e-mail (that probably have been forwarded by hundreds of people) requesting that we should write at the back of our mail envelopes the phrase IN GOD WE TRUST, being a way to let the government know that "we the people" want to keep the motto in our money, in the Constitution, in the Pledge of Allegiance, etc.
I think that this is an excellent idea, and I was motivated to do more to help in this campaign.
My idea is to make "label" that anyone can place on their letter envelopes. They can be printed on any jet color printer connected to a desktop or laptop computer. Every label has this blog address printed on it, so anyone who sees our envelopes with the labels, will know how to get their own labels.

How to do it?

You can print the whole page with 30 labels on a sheet of regular letter size paper, on regular or photo paper.

Download the file "igwmt30.pdf" and save to your hard drive.
(Link for all label files at the end of this post)

Then just double click on the file "igwmt30.pdf" and Adobe Reader, the free program will open the file. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can download it here:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Print the page in color and cut out the labels with scissors and keep them in a drawer. When you need to use a label, just apply glue to the back of it with a "Glue Stick" and glue it down.

WHERE DO WE PLACE THE LABELS?

I checked with my local U.S. Post Office and asked them where can we place the labels, and they said it can be done anywhere except on the spaces reserved for the delivery address, return address and for the stamp. The best places are the ones shown in dashed lines in the graphic below:

If you have a prepaid return envelope the rules changes and you better stick the label to the reverse of the envelope.

Set of four different labels with landscapes

This other page also comes with 30 labels with four different designs with the phrase "In God we trust" and also with a different bible verse in each design.

For this labels, print the file "igwmt30-landscapes.pdf" on regular or photo paper

  1. I strongly agree with what you're trying to accomplish. Contrary to what many people are attempting do by removing the name of God from Federal and legal documents, etc. Yes, we have to place our trust in God!
Hope that not just hundreds, but millions will follow you.
    God Bless you, Marta
